All good things must come to an end, and Micologia Aplicada International (MAI) is not the exception. Our journal has stopped its publication since December 2016. All global commitments were properly arranged after our coeditor, Dr. Ralph H. Kurtzman, passed away in 2015.
Every end is a new beginning, so we appreciate your significant support during all these years.

This Journal promotes exchange of information within the scientific community, publishing original and review papers of applied mycology, which have been approved by all authors and their institutions. MICOLOGIA APLICADA INTERNATIONAL covers all aspects of applied and economic mycology. Biochemistry, entomology, ecology, economics, food technology, genetics, molecular biology, morphology, nutritional value, nematology, pathology, pharmacognosy, pharmacology, physiology, production management, computer programs and hardware, and other areas of applied mycology are of interest.
